Shipping policy
1. Placing Orders
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for any/all purchases made at our store.
2. Shipping and Delivery
At Hook•n•Noodle, we are committed to delivering the order placed by you within the given period and in accordance with the terms stated in "Shipping and Delivery".
We offer free shipping in India for orders above Rs.1099 (use the discount code sent in email sign-up while checking out). For orders below Rs.1099, the shipping charges are Rs. 80/-. For bulk orders, the shipping charges are as per weight.
Some products at our store are made-to-order and are dispatched in 4-12 business days. We maintain an inventory for some of our products that are ready for immediate dispatch and can be scheduled for shipping on the next business day. Please refer to the specific product page for the estimated dispatch time of each product. We offer Express Delivery for Rs. 249 shipping and priority cost. We only make use of reliable courier companies like Shiprocket, DTDC, The Professional Courier and TrackOn Courier. Hook•n•Noodle is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company or on account of any factors beyond the our control.
You will get a Tracking Number along with the courier company's tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track the location of your order on the link without any hassle.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Hook•n•Noodle, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force majeure events, we shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by a refund for the products ordered. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery followed by an RTO initiation after 3 attempts at contacting the customer, the following process will be followed as per the customer's decision: We may levy a repeat shipping charge and ship the order again after we receive it OR we may cancel the order and initiate a refund (minus the shipping costs) once we receive the product in it's original condition.
Kindly ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. If you have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery and customer will have to bear additional shipping cost. If you need to make any changes to your delivery address or any other contact details, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order (not applicable for urgent orders).
We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery time provided. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
