Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Since our products are handmade and made-to-order, returns for reasons other than damage and incorrect products are not applicable.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 5 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, un-altered and with all the original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or modified in any way and refund will only be processed after a thorough inspection for the same.
2. Return Process
- If you have received a damaged/incorrect product, drop us a mail at care@hooknnoodle.com with an unboxing video of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and get back to you with whether we can replace the product (based on availability) or refund your money.
- Provide your order details, and any relevant information.
- Our customer support team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Return Shipping
- In the case of return or replacement, the shipping cost for returning the product shall be borne by the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process. For more details feel free to contact us at : care@hooknnoodle.com
4. Inspection and Refund/Replacement
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- If the item passes the inspection and is deemed eligible for a refund/replacement (based on product availability), we will credit the refund amount to the source account used for the original payment within 7 business days (delivery charges are non-refundable) OR dispatch the replacement order within 7 business days.
- Please note that the refunded amount may take some time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items purchased during a sale or promotional period.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Gift packaging and hand written notes.
- Products with customisations
- Delivery Charge
